- Data entry(Financial and non-financial item) into Urbanise and Property Me
- Giving the Committee and Owners advice and direction on relevant requirements
- Helps to ensure the OC remains compliant and meets all obligations.
- Drafts sample annual budgets
- Attends to correspondence from the Committee and Owners.
- Review and manage the financials and placing insurance.
- Sets Committee meetings and take minutes
- Distributing meeting minutes and notices
- Ensuring the building meets safety requirements
- Advising the executive committee on a range of decisions.
- Preparing OC certificates
- Manage Documents and Filing
- Admin Tasks and ability to take calls included in the previous roll
- OC related accounts queries
- Assist with Audit
- Monthly Reporting and management pack preparation for review
