Duties And Responsibilities Executive Assistant are responsible for written communication with both internal and external customers. This may require the composition of Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings Monitor and respond to emails that require simple responses Make travel and accommodation arrangements Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports Take minutes from notes after meetings Communicate with vendors to request supplies and equipment Aid executive in preparing for meetings Required Qualifications Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role (intermediate but open to see with 1-2 yrs. exp) Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge Outstanding organizational skills Highly attentive to detail Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality Work Set-up Home Show more Show less
