Analyze and interpret finance and supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to finance and supply chain, ensuring that data is accessible and actionable for stakeholders
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership that highlight performance metrics, operational efficiencies, and areas needing attention
Strategic Planning
Assist the Finance & SCM Director and SCM Manager along with the Financial Planning & Business Analytics Officer, to develop and execute strategic plans
Facilitate the consideration of macroeconomic factors in multi-year planning and budgeting
Consolidate national office procurement planning for strategic sourcing
Monitor and analyze procurement plan performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Coordinate with procurement officers for successful procurement plan execution
Process Improvement and Innovation
Identify opportunities for process improvements in finance and supply chain operations, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness
Drive innovation through the automation of finance and supply chain processes
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager, Procurement Officers, and Finance Officers to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with overall business objectives
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Participate in organization-wide initiatives and projects that require financial and supply chain expertise
Training and Capacity Building
Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and methodologies, helping to build analytical capacity within the organization
Develop training materials and conduct workshops on key topics such as financial forecasting, supply chain optimization, and data-driven decision-making
Professional & Personal Development Compliance to Organizational Requirements
Set and define periodical or annual performance accountability and deliverables under the supervision of the Finance & SCM Director
Submit monthly reportorial requirements to the Finance & SCM Director Model biblical ethics, Christian values, and beliefs in action and lifestyles while in and out of duty
Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to World Vision’s Core Values in the approach to work and relationships
Ensure the practice of work and personal life management
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; CPA, CMA, CFA, Master’s Degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, proven experience in process improvement and automation; strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting; familiarity with finance and supply chain software and tools (e.g., Sunsystems, Coupa, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Advanced skills in MS Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools; strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other departments; knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry trends.
The position requires the ability and willingness to travel domestically as needed.
