Collaborate closely with USA Supply Chain Management teams to align goals and execute strategic initiatives. Promote standardization, automation, and process excellence within supply chain operations. Demand Planning & Forecasting Oversee demand planning processes to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with sales and production. Utilize data analytics and forecasting tools to drive accuracy and responsiveness. Procurement & Supplier Management Lead procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing and cost-effective supplier management. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, improve driving performance, and cost efficiency. Inventory Management Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimizing stockout and excess stock. Implement inventory control policies and monitor key metrics such as turnover and aging. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Production to align Supply Chain activities with business objectives. Facilitate communication and problem-solving across departments to support seamless operations. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Define and track key KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service levels, and cost savings. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans to resolve operational issues. Process Improvement & Innovation Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN, Six Sigma and best practices. Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and proactive problem-solving within the team. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all Supply Chain Management activities comply with relevant laws and international trade regulations. Proactively manage risks through contingency planning and mitigation strategies. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, or any relevant field. Preferably experienced in Imports, supply chain, and sales allocation. Knowledgeable of international customs regulations and tariffs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work within the cultural differences and being able to get the most from the supplier Demonstrates strong time management and self-motivation, resilience under pressure in a dynamic work environment. Highly organized and self-driven professional, adept at managing competing priorities and tight deadlines in high-pressure environments, while maintaining composure and productivity. The ability to speak Mandarin is a plus. Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in international purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or sourcing. Minimum of 2-3 years' previous people management experience. Consumer electronics buying experience is a plus. Technical or specific skills Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken Experienced with ERP/MRP systems. Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent computer knowledge - MS Office, MS Windows.
