Role Description The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the inventory management of supplies and materials, warehouse operations, delivery and distribution of supplies to different branches. The key function for the role is to provide consistently reliable supply chain services, while also improving key performance metrics aimed at optimizing the volume and the value of the goods that are being turned over. Duties and Responsibilities Warehouse & Logistics Operations: Manages inbound/outbound supply flow, optimizes storage, and ensures accurate, timely distribution aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements. Inventory Control Management: Utilizes analytics and systems to maintain optimal stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, minimize costs, and support strategic planning through detailed reporting. Online Order Fulfillment: Oversees order processing, inventory tracking, and returns management to ensure timely fulfillment and high customer satisfaction. Data Management: Directs data collection and reporting on operational metrics (e.g., revenue, costs, inventory), supporting decision-making and performance evaluation. Process Optimization & Strategic Support: Aligns logistics operations with business goals, fostering continuous improvement through system implementation, process enhancements, and strategic oversight.
