- Lead and manage multiple design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project phases are executed efficiently.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor project performance against established objectives.
- Oversee the project's construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes.
- Implement project management best practices and maintain proper documentation to track progress and resolve issues effectively.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure that mitigation strategies are in place.
- Ensure that all project activities adhere to relevant laws, codes, and regulations.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of working experience, preferably in vertical construction or a related industry.
- Strong project management skills and a proven track record in successfully delivering projects within scope, time, and cost parameters.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Can start immediately.
- Willing to be assigned to the project site in Laguna.
