This role supports seamless transitions during mergers, acquisitions, system upgrades, or strategic transformations, delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.Your Responsibilities:

Planning

Lead the realization of business benefits through effective project delivery.

Support the management of various corporate initiatives e.g. business integration and/ or, carve-outs

Support the the tracking and maintenance of the overall governance of projects within programs and portfolios (roadmaps, prioritization, resources, budgets, sponsorship).

Execution-

Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and workflows.

Support solution architecture and troubleshoot technical issues.

Facilitate the tracking and resolution of projects related issues and problems with the assigned teams.

Capture and document information to ensure reliability for decision making and future reference.

Governance

Participate in the definition and roll out of a project management office (incl. best practices, artifacts, etc.).

Measure and track the realization of business benefits through effective portfolio, program, and project delivery.

Add value to managed projects by bringing additional services and practice to raise the quality of projects delivery; organizational change management, process reengineering, data analysis, or business analysis.

Stakeholder Management-

Communicate project status, risks, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Facilitate integration review meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Build and maintain relationships across business units and technical teams.

Adopt a continuous improvement mindset.

What our Client is Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree (IT, business, engineering, accounting, or equivalent) is required
A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in project management (business process/ system migration).
Familiarity with integration technologies and methodologies.
Practiced business case, contract management, data analysis, report preparation.
Proven ability to work with global stakeholders across various time zones.
Project management certification is an asset (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
Agile certification is an asset (e.g. CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO).
