Job Summary: You will manage the day-to-day execution of assigned social media accounts with a focus on creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy content . This role requires deep knowledge of Meta platforms, the ability to interpret insights, and strong skills in content creation -from trendy short-form videos to engaging carousels. You'll also use AI tools to enhance workflow and creativity. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management Conceptualize and create engaging content formats (static, carousel, reels, TikToks) that align with brand strategy. Stay updated on trending audio, formats, memes, and viral challenges relevant to each brand. Collaborate with the creative team (photographer, designer, videographer) to execute content ideas. Film and edit short-form videos using mobile-friendly editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush). Ensure all content follows brand tone, visual guidelines, and campaign objectives. Platform Management Schedule and publish posts using Meta Business Suite and other relevant tools. Optimize content per platform for best reach, engagement, and algorithm performance. Actively engage with the audience-responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Analytics & Optimization Monitor and analyze Meta Insights to track performance. Identify high-performing content and recommend improvements based on data. Assist in basic paid ad support-boosting posts, selecting audiences, and tracking results. AI & Tools Utilization Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, MidJourney) for content ideation, caption writing, and creative variations. Apply automation tools for reporting and scheduling efficiency. Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field (required). Experience The candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management, with a track record of creating content and increasing engagement. Experience producing trending, short-form videos and creative social campaigns. Technical Skills Proficient in Meta Business Suite for content scheduling and analytics. Strong understanding of platform algorithms and how to leverage trends for visibility. Canva proficiency for quick graphics, plus basic photo/video editing skills. Familiarity with AI tools for idea generation and workflow optimization. Soft Skills Highly creative and up-to-date on social media trends. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
