Job Summary: A social media associate is responsible for monitoring and managing the content and interactions on various social media platforms. He/she ensures that all user-generated content complies with company policies and guidelines, while also fostering positive engagement and maintaining a respectful online community. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Monitoring social media channels regularly to review, approve, and remove user-generated content, comments, and messages that violate community guidelines or are inappropriate Providing captions and content ideas for social media accounts Responding to user inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel for resolution Engaging with users by liking, sharing, or responding to their posts, comments, or messages to build a positive relationship and maintain a sense of community Identifying and reporting any emerging trends or issues to the social media team to inform content strategy and community management efforts Collaborating with the marketing team to generate and promote engaging and relevant content on social media platforms Collaborating with the customer service team to escalate and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media management, content creation, and community management Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, followers' growth, and sentiment analysis to provide insights and recommendations to optimize social media strategies Implementing and enforcing social media policies, guidelines, and standards to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company&aposs brand voice, mission, values, and objectives to ensure social media content aligns with the overall brand image Qualifications: At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree or above Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using social management and analytical tools Show more Show less
