
Relationship Manager (Dealership)

- Responsible for achieving sales targets.
- Establish new dealership accounts by planning and organizing.
- Services existing dealership accounts, obtains orders, and daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- This is an individual contributor role and will not handle a team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience in sales preferable in Autoparts, Car Accessories, Tires, Lubricants.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila for client meetings.
