- Build and maintain strong, strategic client relationships
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Develop account plans, monitor performance, and present insights
- Proactively manage issues and ensure high client satisfaction
- Identify and pitch upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs
- Collaborate on project timelines using tools like ClickUp and Instagantt
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions
- Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in relationship or account management, preferably in advertising, marketing, or creative industries
- Strong understanding of marketing services and industry trends
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple accounts
- Skilled in upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value
