This project-based, 46-month contract role is a great opportunity to work closely with a values-driven wellness brand. If you thrive in planning, purchasing, and inventory workflows, especially in more complex operational environments, you’ll make a real impact while enjoying a fully remote setup.Key Responsibilities:Oversee supply planning processes (raw materials, packaging, production, and assembly builds)Maintain and update Excel-based inventory and supply planning trackersConduct end-of-month inventory reconciliations across warehouses and suppliersCoordinate pick-up requests with the Logistics teamAssist in managing forecast vs. inventory reportsRaise purchase orders via NetSuiteProcess item receipts and monitor supplier deliveriesManage assembly build processes in ERPSupport data updates and process improvements in inventory systemsCommunicate regularly with cross-functional teams for operational alignmentSoftware/Platforms/Tools:NetSuite (ERP)Microsoft Excel (INDEX, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)SlackGoogle WorkspaceProject Management ToolsQualifications:At least 3-5 years of freelancing experienceProven experience in supply chain or operations managementStrong knowledge of inventory control and supply planningComfortable working with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite)Proficient in Excel formulas and data handlingFamiliar with coordinating across logistics and supplier networksStrong communication and documentation skillsHighly organized, with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated and proactive in problem-solvingAble to work with partial overlap in Australian time zonesShift Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM AEST (Sydney time)
