Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Customer Operations PMO team at SolarWinds. The Project Manager will oversee and deliver projects for our Support, Customer Success, and Services groups within a global environment. This role requires managing projects from initiation to implementation, including coordination with cross-company teams to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all project timelines and deliverables are met. Engage with stakeholders to define project scope and manage expectations. Accountable for project documentation including project plans, charters, requirements specifications, and test documents. Collaborate with implementation teams on the solution design and testing. Coordinate stakeholder User Acceptance Testing. Prepare training materials and document new processes. Conclude projects by ensuring the expected benefits are delivered to stakeholders. Required Skills: 1 to 3 years of project management experience. Project Management qualification - PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner. Fluency in spoken and written English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong time management abilities. Proficiency in working independently and within a team environment across geographical boundaries. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a commitment to project delivery. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively. Confidence in preparing presentations, proposing solutions, and driving decisions. Capability to handle multiple projects and assignments. Desirable: Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, JIRA.
