- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Engage with stakeholders to define project scope and manage expectations.
- Accountable for project documentation including project plans, charters, requirements specifications, and test documents.
- Collaborate with implementation teams on the solution design and testing.
- Coordinate stakeholder User Acceptance Testing.
- Prepare training materials and document new processes.
- Conclude projects by ensuring the expected benefits are delivered to stakeholders.
- 1 to 3 years of project management experience.
- Project Management qualification - PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong time management abilities.
- Proficiency in working independently and within a team environment across geographical boundaries.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a commitment to project delivery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Confidence in preparing presentations, proposing solutions, and driving decisions.
- Capability to handle multiple projects and assignments.
- Desirable: Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, JIRA.
