We are hiring an Assistant Operations Manager to support our senior leadership team and help drive operational excellence across departments. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to financial planning through budgeting and forecasting. What You'll Do Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business operations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting . Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless workflows. Generate reports and track key metrics using Excel and other tools. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (mandatory). 10+ years of overall experience in operations. At least 3-4 years of material, hands-on experience in operations. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis . Advanced proficiency in Excel (mandatory).
