Job Description: How you'll make an impact Join us as a Bilingual English-Spanish Sales Representative and play a key role in client engagement by handling inbound text inquiries from potential patients. This role focuses on educating prospects about the clinic&aposs procedures, providing exceptional customer service, and converting leads into treated patients at certified provider locations. You'll be essential in guiding prospective clients-both English and Spanish speakers-through the decision-making process and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to treatment scheduling. Role Overview In this critical role, you will engage with prospective clients through text messaging, using the clinic's approved CRM and applications. You will highlight the benefits of the clinic's procedures, provide personalized bilingual responses , and ensure a professional, tactful communication style-all while driving conversions from leads to treated patients. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries via text messaging in both English and Spanish , promptly and professionally, ensuring a high-quality experience. Sales Messaging: Use lead engagement and nurturing software to provide clear, informative responses, highlighting the clinic's procedures and their benefits. Personalization: Tailor responses and templates to address individual customer needs, adding a personalized touch. Project Support: Assist with additional sales-related tasks and projects, contributing to the overall sales process. Professional Communication: Maintain respectful and tactful communication at all times, following approved guidelines and processes. Technology Use: Utilize the clinic&aposs designated software and applications for all client interactions, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Required Experience: Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client engagement, with the ability to drive conversions. Bilingual Fluency: Full proficiency in both English and Spanish , with strong written communication skills in both languages. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with lead nurturing software and CRM tools to manage client interactions effectively. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze lead engagement data, adjusting messaging to improve conversion rates. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to manage tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Medical Virtual Assistance Experience: Previous experience as a medical virtual assistant, with familiarity in healthcare client engagement.
