Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and hold accountable the entire HR Team Establish, implement & develop HR structures that will increase operational quality and efficiency. Acts as a change agent to cultivate a strong workplace culture and to build a learning organization. Assist CEO in developing a strong leadership team and act as a strategic partner to support individual teams achieve their business objectives. Improve employer branding and acquire, manage and develop new talent. Design and implement OD initiatives, including performance management systems, succession planning, career pathing, and organizational assessments. Facilitate team development and alignment through strategic interventions, workshops, and capability-building programs. Analyze organizational needs and recommend structures or processes that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention. Lead change management efforts and support cross-functional transformation projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or equivalent At least 10 years of experience in various HR functions, managerial experience is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in Organization Development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Data driven, analytical, and strong people skills Willing to work onsite once a week at West Avenue, Quezon City.
