MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in the conduct of organization review, restructuring and recommend changes on the organizational chart based on the analysis of the existing organizational structure. Monitors and updates of approved Organizational Charts for all functional departments. Prepares and regularly updates job descriptions in consultation with Functional Heads. Assists in the development and implementation of a result-based performance management system based on the approved KPIs of the managers and supervisors. Assists the Functional Heads in setting their annual KPI based on corporate dashboards. Consolidates and documents annual KPIs and ensures completeness of such for proper filing and future reference. Coordinates the implementation of semi-annual performance review of employees by the Functional Heads. Monitors the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for non-performing employees. Assists in the development and implementation of succession planning and career management programs. Assists in the development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for identified HI-POs to assume higher roles and responsibilities. Show more Show less
