Position Purpose: The Leadership & Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for providing appropriate programming and support for business skills and leadership development to coaches, managers, and functional employees. This position requires a high level of communication skills, accountability, resourcefulness and the ability to partner with multiple levels of leadership throughout the organization. This position also requires a comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles and operational and coaching best practices to ensure the application of effective training through operational implementation, including observation and feedback sessions for members of leadership. Benefits: HMO up to 4 FREE Dependents Medical allowance up to P10,000 Group Life Insurance Night Differential Pay Rice, Meal, Clothing, Laundry Allowance Essential Functions and Responsibilities: -Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather feedback and observe performance gaps to inform learning needs. -Support training needs assessments by capturing insights during and after facilitation sessions. -Suggest improvements or enhancements to existing materials to improve engagement and relevance for target audiences. -Facilitate instructor-led workshops, leadership programs, and learning interventions as designed by the L&OD team. -Deliver learning experiences using adult learning principles and inclusive facilitation practices. -Adapt facilitation approach based on audience needs, learning objectives, and real-time feedback. -Manage logistics related to learning delivery (e.g., attendance, virtual tools, materials). -Gather post-session feedback from learners and stakeholders to assess program effectiveness. -Document and share facilitation insights and recommendations to inform ongoing program improvement. -Contribute to post-training evaluation and reporting efforts in collaboration with the L&OD team. Minimum Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and evaluation strategies to assess learning effectiveness and behavior/application post-training. With Knowledge of learning and training frameworks such as ADDIE, Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation, and adult learning principles. Preferred certifications may include; Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP), Kirkpatrick Evaluation Certification, Certified Instructional Trainer Ability to facilitate classroom experiences through a variety of modalities including synchronous and asynchronous sessions, in-person, virtual, eLearning and mobile delivery leveraging tools and technology as appropriate. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of staff and clients in a diverse environment are preferred.
