Role PurposeWe are seeking a highly proactive and organised Executive Assistant / Business Assistant to provide right-hand support to a senior leader based in Atlanta. This role is pivotal in translating vision into clear tasks, building structure and SOPs, keeping priorities moving, and driving day-to-day execution across communications, organisation, research, and light content/presentation support.Key ResponsibilitiesInbox & Calendar Management (Outlook): Triage, draft replies, schedule meetings, and keep follow-ups on track.Task Management (Asana): Translate objectives into tasks, assign owners, set due dates, and update status.SOP Creation & Maintenance: Shadow via screen share, document processes step-by-step, and maintain a living playbook.Research & Writing Support: Conduct grant research against criteria, summarise sources, draft/proof abstracts and short narratives.Presentation Support: Prepare slides and visuals in PowerPoint and Canva to enhance clarity and impact.Meeting Leverage: Prepare agendas, capture minutes/actions, and ensure completion.Light Social & Communications Support: Draft short updates or posts for approval.General Coordination: Vendor follow-ups, light spreadsheets, and file organisation in Microsoft 365.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Assistant, or similar role.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Outlook, Asana, PowerPoint, Canva, and Microsoft 365.Strong research, writing, and communication skills.Ability to create and maintain structured SOPs and processes.Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
