- Engage with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other office tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a bonus.
