- Supervises the day-to-day warehouse and transportation operations of the assigned accounts.
- Plans the daily resources needed to meet operational requirements.
- Support the team in system transactions for Inbound, Outbound, Scrapping and Inventory.
- Schedule the warehouse inventory count and identify the resources needed.
- Plan and monitors the execution of the inventory count and reconciliation (as necessary).
- Monitors KPIs and prepares monthly KPI tracking and report.
- Reports and coordinates any system issues and transaction incident encountered.
- Prepares all the data/reports needed for the monthly billing of the assigned accounts.
- Escalates any operations issue and concern to Operations Manager, Regional Team and/or Customer.
- Response to escalated concern or complaint from the customer and/or Regional Team.
- Organize and properly keep all the operations records and archive based on the customer requirement.
- Leads the Performance Dialog/Team Briefing.
- Attends in in customer meeting, Regional Team meeting and site leadership meeting.
- Prepares the necessary data/presentation for the customer meeting, Management Team meeting and/or Leadership meeting.
- Facilitate one-to-one to immediate team members.
- College Graduate
3. Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).
4. Dynamic and with strong leadership skill
5. Knowledge / background in Warehouse and Transport Management System
6. Good communication skills both written and oral
