JOB OVERVIEWWe are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Coordinator to manage financial operations, bookkeeping, and office administration. This role requires QuickBooks expertise, financial reporting skills, and strong organizational abilities.Bookkeeping:
1. Categorize transactions
2. Can handle AR & AP, invoicing, & bank reconciliations
3. Prepare reports and support audits and tax filingsAdministration:
1. Oversee office operations, scheduling, and document management
2. Assist with HR tasks, client communication, and compliance documentation
3. Manage emails, reports, and support management with data entry and projectsQualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or any related
2. Experienced in finance and administration.
3. Must be Proficient in QuickBooks Online
4. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
5. Stable internet connection
6. Must have work setup ready (Processor: Intel Core i5 (8th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5 (2nd Gen)
Memory: 8GB RAM (DDR4)
Storage: 256GB SSD (HDD optional for extra storage)
Graphics: Integrated (Intel UHD 620/630 or AMD Vega 8/11); Dedicated GPU optional (NVIDIA GTX 1050 or AMD RX 550)
