-Process payroll for employees/contractors and ensure compliance
-Prepare and file sales tax reports (multi-state if applicable)
-Compile monthly financial reports; prepare W-2s and 1099s annually
-Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle email correspondence
-Organize digital files, update records, and assist with admin projects
-Provide proactive communication and support to leadershipWho You Are:-Experienced in bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online required)
-Strong in reconciliations, payroll, and sales tax filings
-Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
-Clear communicator, self-motivated, and able to manage confidential data
