JOB OVERVIEWWe're looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Virtual Bookkeeper/Admin to support daily accounting and administrative operations. This role ensures accurate transaction categorization, reconciliations, payroll, sales tax filings, and general admin support. You must be highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently without micromanagement.Key Responsibilities:-Categorize and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks Online
-Perform monthly bank/credit card reconciliations & resolve discrepancies
-Process payroll for employees/contractors and ensure compliance
-Prepare and file sales tax reports (multi-state if applicable)
-Compile monthly financial reports; prepare W-2s and 1099s annually
-Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle email correspondence
-Organize digital files, update records, and assist with admin projects
-Provide proactive communication and support to leadershipWho You Are:-Experienced in bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online required)
-Strong in reconciliations, payroll, and sales tax filings
-Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
-Clear communicator, self-motivated, and able to manage confidential data
-Comfortable with spreadsheets, accounting systems, and remote toolsWork Hours:-Full-time, fully remote
