We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Sales and Marketing Director to lead our food and beverage brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of today's consumer behavior and how to create bold, memorable brand reinforcements across multiple channels. This role requires hands-on leadership, data-informed decision-making, and a high level of creativity and execution to drive growth and expand market share. Key Responsibilities: Sales Operations Lead and optimize daily sales operations across all touchpoints (dine-in, take-out, online, corporate). Build performance dashboards and KPIs for sales teams. Develop incentive and retention programs to motivate high performance. Business Development Explore and activate new business opportunities such as partnerships, events, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach. Expand reach to new customer segments and locations. Analyze market trends and identify expansion strategies. Branding & Marketing Strategy Drive the development and enhancement of the company&aposs brand identity to align with market trends and business goals. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms Develop initiatives to build customer engagement and loyalty Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus). 5-10 years of progressive experience in sales/marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in managing a multi-branch or multi-channel F&B brand preferred. Strong grasp of tools such as Google Workspace, CRM, analytics dashboards, and marketing platforms.
