Greentree Food Solutions (GFS) , a subsidiary of LH Paragon, Inc. (LHPI) , is looking for a seasoned and strategic Director of Sales and Marketing Strategy to lead initiatives that drive growth and elevate the brand. This role is responsible for overseeing all key areas of sales, business development, and marketing to achieve company targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Operations Oversee and enhance daily sales activities across all channels, including dine-in, take-out, online platforms, and corporate accounts. Design and implement sales performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs). Create incentive and retention programs to drive motivation and sustain high-performing teams. Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, events, corporate collaborations, and community initiatives. Drive market expansion by targeting new customer segments and geographic areas. Monitor market trends and develop strategic plans for business growth. Branding & Marketing Strategy Lead efforts to strengthen and evolve the company's brand identity in line with market trends and business objectives. Strategize and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximize reach and impact. Design programs that foster customer engagement and enhance brand loyalty. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage. 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Preferably with experience overseeing a multi-branch or multi-channel food & beverage brand. Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing tools. Demonstrated success in sales operations and marketing within the F&B, lifestyle, or retail sectors. Solid background in digital marketing, content development, and growth-focused initiatives. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams with both creativity and strong execution. Highly collaborative, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Preferred but Not Required: Experience working in a startup or fast-growing business environment. Background in visual branding and creative direction is an advantage. Established network within events, hospitality, or influencer marketing circles. Show more Show less
