- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and operational plans for Filinvest Land's projects in Cebu City
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the In-house sales organization
- Drive sales performance through effective planning, coaching, and performance management.
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and develop strategies to ensure their attainment.
- Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, project development, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Represent Filinvest Land at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Cebu.
- Expand Filinvest Land's market share and brand presence in Cebu.
- Graduate of BS Real Estate Management or any 4-year course
- With more than 5years of Real Estate Sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years solid managerial experience
- With a ready team of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants upon joining
- Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
