What You'll Do Acquisition: Identify and onboard a diverse range of hotels, from budget accommodations to high-tier properties, ensuring alignment with market demand and seamless integration of hotel offerings. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, develop long-term strategic plans, and provide training and support to maximize their sales performance. Optimization: Ensure competitive pricing, optimized inventory, and exclusive offers to deliver exceptional travel experiences and maintain a market-leading position. Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, supplier operations, customer service, and finance to optimize hotel performance and maximize customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights and identify new business opportunities. Operations: Train and mentor new team members while supporting process improvements to enhance team efficiency and performance. Analytical Skills: Aptitude for interpreting market data and analyzing market trends, competitor updates, and account management metrics is valuable for making informed decisions, identifying new opportunities for business growth and prioritization of resources. What You'll Need Hotel experience in Business Development, Account Management support, or OTA supply experience is highly preferred Strong commercial sense.
