
RTR End-to-End Specialist

- Stakeholder management – initial point of contact of local finance, audit, etc.
- Review of the countries/region/area financial statements/BS and P&L during month-end closing
- Coordinate with the local team of the additional entries needed in closing the books
- Lead the Pre-Close and Post-Close Calls between GSC and local Finance – ensure financial statements are analyzed and well explained (provide insights on commentary).
- Lead the Balance Sheet Review Calls with the country – closely work with the reconcilers, process specialists and local finance on open items
- Follow Through of open recons items specific to country/region support based on BS Health Check – collaborate with reconcilers and local finance
- Lead RTR projects specific to country, e.g. Improve MEC process for Singapore
- Support statutory audit for countries supported – coordinates across GSC to ensure data and information needed from GSC are provided on time to external auditors / PWC
- Conduct training – financial analysis, etc.
- MEC Tracker Monitoring and Status Update
- May act as Blackline Administrators for APAC
- May be assigned as a SOX Control performer or reviewer.
- Accounting degree and preferably with 5 years relevant working experience in finance and accounting
- Working experience in shared service center is preferred
- CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Accounting skills to analyze financial transactions and reporting
- Strong communication skills to engage with GSC teams and country and global stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible to handle new assignments and willingness to learn
- Ability to learn legacy system (AS400, PeopleSoft)
- Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a virtual environment / team
- Ability to work under pressure
