The Data Specialist plays a key role within the Global Analytics team, focusing on high-volume data processing and ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality outputs. This role requires a strong IT foundation, particularly in Excel automation, and involves developing macro-based solutions to streamline workflows. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal platforms and operational teams to enhance efficiency and support reporting needs.Key Responsibilities:Process and validate data from diverse sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy across datasets.
Develop, implement, and maintain Excel macros and VBA tools to automate data handling and reporting tasks.
Integrate macro solutions with internal platforms to optimize daily operational processes.
Provide technical support to operations teams, particularly in macro-related troubleshooting and enhancements.
Prepare clear, professional presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data analysis and reporting initiatives.
Translate large volumes of raw data into structured Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.
Uphold data quality standards by ensuring precision, consistency, and reliability in all processed outputs.
Coordinate tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high standards in report preparation.
Carry out additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and project deliverables.Requirements:Proven experience in automation, reporting, and data management roles.
Familiarity with Power BI is a plus, though not essential.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with strong capabilities in data manipulation.
Solid understanding of data processing techniques and logical analysis.
Exceptional attention to detail, with a consistent track record of accuracy.
Strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
