This role will ensure all employee data support is provided or executed with accuracy and timely delivery. This specific job posting is open to English, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Vietnamese speakers.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEPerform Workday Employee data management.Joining/OnboardingSet up employee Workday profiles upon trigger from Talent TeamGenerate Business letters, contracts as neededRole Moves/Promotions/exitsExecute transactions on Workday for employee moves and coordinate with in-market partners for the actions needed from their end to complete the process Own data accuracy in all elements, including merit/bonus plans, cost centre, etc. in WorkdayManage coordination with stakeholders and in-market partners to perform data hygiene audits and drive corrections of Workday data.Pay/BenefitsWork with HRIT to ensure correct workday compensation data feeds into Payroll systemWork with Benefits, Payroll points of contact to ensure compensation changes are captured in payrollExitPerform Employee Exit transactions in Workday. Coordinate with in-market partners to ensure smooth exit process and severance administration (i.e., check exit checklist or clearances)Effective intersystem linkagesEnsure timely integration of JML-Workday systems (i.e., check automation or flag manual JML trigger)Update knowledge base/SOP documents relevant to scopeData reporting, analytics, audit and validationGenerate Workday standard HR reports following the COBP on data privacy. Provide basic data analysis on employee recordsCoordinate with country people partner, reward and other departments point of contact to do Data validationEXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageousProven experience in customer service, People Experience (PEX), HR advisory or live chat support, preferably within an HR contextUnderstanding of HR process and policy with experience working in regional or multi country operations is desirableKnowledge of HR processes and best practicesSKILLSKnowledgeable in Excel visualization. PowerBI experience helpfulExcellent written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information real-timeStrong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.Proficiency in using live chat/ case management platforms and HR information systems (Workday and ServiceNow would be advantageous)Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to quality and adherence to defined SLATeam player with the ability to collaborate effectively across various hubs/locationsAbility to navigate new technologiesLEADERSHIPCare Deeply: Cares deeply about how customers experience
