
Senior Consumer Service Specialist (Bahasa Speaker)

- Respond to inbound B2B Customer Communications on Henkel Adhesive Technology Products
- Communication via emails, webforms, and phone calls
- Handles compliments, inquiries, complaints, product usage, ingredients, packaging, status of orders, certificates, etc.
- Drive good customer experience focusing on professionalism
- Handle other related duties that may be assigned by superior (such as quality, queue management)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, or equivalent courses
- Preferably having a minimum of (3) years relevant experience in a customer service in a shared services, BPO, or call center industry
- Must be a team player, Superior customer service skills, analytical and problem solving skills, ability to distinguish technical topics
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa and English
- Experience with escalations management, quality monitoring, queue management, real time monitoring or workforce management is an advantage
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
