What you&aposll be working on Interpreting and validating client&aposs needs Action an appropriate service response to resolve issues Accurate data capture / entry Effectively communicate with clients and contractors Ensure internal and external service standards are met Tracking and closure of outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs Participate in system and staff development What were looking for Fresh graduates or with 2 years customer service experience English communication skills that will allow you to build relationship with non- Filipino team. (phone and email) Proficiency in problem-solving Possesses excellent people skills Basic Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite Experience in working in a customer service role is a plus. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Capacity to perform both individually and as a highly effective team member Able to prioritize, multitask, and efficiently manage time.
