About the Role We have partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of Risk and Compliance Auditing and Management services to the built property sector, whose clients are some of the largest corporations in Australia. They employ a four pillars approach to risk and compliance management - Essential Services Management, Property Risk, Height Safety, and Emergency Management. What you'll be working on: Interpreting and validating client&aposs needs Action an appropriate service response to resolve issues Accurate data capture / entry Effectively communicate with clients and contractors Ensure internal and external service standards are met Tracking and closure of outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs Participate in system and staff development What we're looking for: Fresh graduates or with 2 years customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email) Proficiency in problem-solving Possesses excellent people skills Basic Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite Experience in working in a customer service role is a plus. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Capacity to perform both individually and as a highly effective team member Able to prioritize, multitask, and efficiently manage time.
