- Ensure internal and external service standards are met
- Tracking and closure of outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs
- Participate in system and staff development
- Fresh graduates or with 2 years customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email)
- Proficiency in problem-solving
- Possesses excellent people skills
- Basic Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in working in a customer service role is a plus.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Capacity to perform both individually and as a highly effective team member
- Able to prioritize, multitask, and efficiently manage time.
