Summary of the Role: We&aposre looking for a driven, curious, and operationally-minded AI Operations Lead on our Revenue team who is excited about growing their expertise at the intersection of Revenue Operations (RevOps) and generative AI. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only optimize and scale core RevOps processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success but also actively build, refine, and oversee AI-driven agents that amplify operational effectiveness. You'll ensure processes like pipeline management, lead routing, forecasting, reporting accuracy, CRM data integrity, and system integrations run seamlessly, while simultaneously identifying and deploying AI solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, seeks constant growth, and has the potential to lead initiatives and mentor peers, both human and AI-driven. What you will do: Manage daily execution of Revenue Operations activities, maintaining operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Optimize and maintain our revenue tech stack, particularly HubSpot CRM, ensuring full adoption, robust automation, seamless integration, and reliable data quality. Identify and develop use-cases for AI-driven agents and automations to elevate the consistency and effectiveness of RevOps processes. Continuously document, analyze, and enhance existing workflows and processes, proactively identifying areas for incremental improvement. Ensure robust governance of key RevOps workflows, including forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, lead management, lifecycle transitions, and quality assurance of reports and data. Closely collaborate with Finance, aligning CRM data, operational processes, and system integrations with financial reporting and forecasts. Maintain high standards for data integrity, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across various business systems. Develop and refine real-time dashboards and analytics tools, regularly performing quality assurance to validate data accuracy and reliability, and inform strategic decisions.
