Trade Marketing Officer (Construction Materials Industry)

• Develop comprehensive retail marketing strategy through understanding of market and industry trends
• Develop sales generating projects and programs for partner stores
• Conduct trade visits and monitor the merchandising requirements of distributors
• Prepare regular report and analysis on partner stores (inventory/sellout/performance)
• Support the partners through events and programs as company representative
• Initiate growth in sales in coordination with the sales team
• Participate in product research and development to grow the company portfolio
• Collaborate with sales team for product presentation/training to partner stores
• Manage roofing contractors’ data base and develop program aiming at building loyalty of contractors to the company and its distributing partners
• Conduct product presentation to partners in collaboration with the Sales team

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• At least two years work experience as Trade Marketing Officer or equivalent, preferably from construction materials industry
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Good analytical and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel and must be a holder of valid LTO driver's license
• Fluent in English
