He/ She will manage the growth of the handled category by initiating trade-related activities that are relevant in each channel, Identify opportunities on handled categories hinged on insights gathered from research agencies such as Nielsen and Kantar Nielsen and develop Retail Performance Standards per Channel via agreed Must Sell SKUs . He/ She will also manage the budget through regular alignment with the Category and Channel Sales Development Head. He/ She will manage the tasks and output of the Category Development Specialist through regular coaching and alignment
