  • Assist the National Trade Marketing manager in formulating the annual training plan, and implementing and conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the company's overall strategy. The TMO in cooperation with the NTM will have a dedicated training plan for TMM, Coordinator, and Merchandiser for the whole year. The training will be based on their respective KRAs and KPIs and will have a quarterly and yearly detailed evaluation. Assist national company terminal managers in formulating annual training plans based on the company's overall strategy, implementing them, and conducting review evaluations. TMO will cooperate with NTM to develop year-round special training plans for TMM, the Coordinator, and the MD. Training will be based on respective KRAs and KPIs, and detailed quarterly and annual evaluations will be conducted.
  • Implement monthly training plans, improve trainees' management and sales skills, and achieve training result expectations. Monthly training includes regular field coaching/training to the team that includes sales negotiation, merchandising, people management, and promo preparation and execution.
  • Assist the National Trade Marketing Manager in developing relevant sales management tools and supervise the execution of each regional trade manager. the TMO collaborates with the NTM in the creation of training modules: people development, merchandising, promotions, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Develop training materials based on the actual sales scenarios of the trade, output to each region, and participate in regional training. TMO responsibility includes regional training for Coordinators, Merchandisers, and Distributor Personnel in collaboration with NTM, the Trade Marketing Manager, and the Sales team. Develop and craft programs promotions, and training modules based on the actual needs of the region.
  • Summarize and track changes in sales trainees' results, review training effectiveness, and continuously improve training capabilities. TMO to have a detailed evaluation and monitoring for all the trainees provide an action plan and provide additional training to continue the improvement of the trainees.
  • Directly reports to the National Trade Marketing Manager and implements other tasks assigned by him. TMO can have additional tasks based on the companys sales strategy.
