POSITION TITLE : Finance & Accounting Manager DEPARTMENT : Finance ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP Reports to : Chief Finance Officer Supervises : None Position Overview: The Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations within the organization. This role ensures financial accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the implementation of efficient financial processes. The Finance & Accounting Manager will lead a team of accountants, manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align with business goals. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, EWT, CWT, ITR, and other statutory requirements. Manage external audits, liaise with auditors, and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. Optimize financial processes and systems, implementing automation where applicable. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making. Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and investments. Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring continuous professional development and performance management. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred. FinTech background and proven experience with EMI license compliance are highly preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
