With a strong focus on durability, performance, and exceptional customer service, the brand operates across multiple retail locations and maintains a robust e-commerce presence, serving outdoor enthusiasts nationwide.They are now seeking a detail-oriented Account Receivable Officer to join their growing finance team. In this role,As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a key role in managing the full AR cycle-ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate customer account records, and supporting healthy cash flow.You'll work closely with Sales Management, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to proactively resolve AR issues, ensuring all trade activities remain within agreed payment terms and minimizing financial risk to the business.ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. During the first 3 months, you will be required to work full-time onsite. After this period, the role will transition to a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home., with a regular shift schedule of 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time.Key Responsibilities
  • Own the cash application process by accurately posting incoming payments, resolving unidentified transactions, and managing settlements via external gateways.
  • Drive collections success through proactive follow-ups on overdue accounts via phone and email, while building strong relationships that encourage timely payments.
  • Handle credit management by maintaining up-to-date customer master data, setting appropriate credit limits, and performing SOX-compliant credit checks for new accounts.
  • Resolve payment issues fast by investigating invoice discrepancies, processing credit adjustments, and escalating delinquent accounts to external agencies when needed.
  • Deliver insightful reporting with aging analysis, weekly cash forecasts, and support for DSO tracking and GL reconciliations to guide financial decisions.
  • Ensure account accuracy through monthly reconciliations, issuing customer statements, and preparing audit-ready documentation.
  • Manage intercompany transactions by raising recharge invoices and ensuring proper reconciliation across entities.
  • Champion process improvements by identifying automation opportunities and streamlining workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by contributing to ad hoc projects, rebate processing, and other finance-related tasks as needed.
Skills, Experience & Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related Finance field.
  • At least 3 years' proven experience in credit control and accounts receivable functions.
  • Skilled in conducting credit checks, managing collections, and negotiating payment terms.
  • Proficient in accounting systems, with a preference for NetSuite.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities for effective data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to support customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • High attention to detail, with a proven ability to identify and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Capable of managing multiple accounts, prioritizing workload, and consistently meeting deadlines.
