At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field. Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative assistance, customer service, or related roles. Strong administrative and clerical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Keen attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and document preparation. Basic knowledge in sales processes, invoicing, or order processing is an advantage.
