We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations, support the team of cleaners, and assist with social media management. You'll be an integral part of the team, helping ensure the cleaning schedules run smoothly and the service maintains its high standards as we grow. Part-Time (20 hours per week) + opportunity to grow to more hours Fully remote position Remote: Australian working hours Monthly Starting Salary: $450-500 + (depending on experience) What You'll Be Doing Scheduling & Coordination Manage daily cleaning schedules using Resort Cleaning software Coordinate with cleaners via WhatsApp groups for each property Ensure timely updates and troubleshooting of scheduling conflicts Admin Support Order and manage supplies (e.g., linens, cleaning materials) Create and update detailed cleaning manuals for each property Monitor and document cleaner performance; share feedback constructively Social Media Management Manage and grow Instagram presence Optional: expand to Facebook and TikTok depending on skills Reporting & Documentation Assist with compiling reports on cleaning standards and damage reports Maintain organized records within Resort Cleaning and internal systems What We're Looking For Highly detail-oriented with a critical eye for presentation and standards Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written communication and interpersonal skills Experience with social media platforms, especially Instagram Comfortable using software tools (experience with Resort Cleaning a plus) Ability to stay calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Willingness to adapt and take on multiple roles as needed in a small business setting Currently living in the Philippines Application Process Initial Interview Client Interview Offer and Onboarding Powered by JazzHR 64GXsm8lOe Show more Show less
