
Virtual Assistant (with Social Media Background)

- Monthly Starting Salary: $450-500 + (depending on experience)
- Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage daily cleaning schedules using Resort Cleaning software
- Coordinate with cleaners via WhatsApp groups for each property
- Ensure timely updates and troubleshooting of scheduling conflicts
- Admin Support
- Order and manage supplies (e.g., linens, cleaning materials)
- Create and update detailed cleaning manuals for each property
- Monitor and document cleaner performance; share feedback constructively
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Instagram presence
- Optional: expand to Facebook and TikTok depending on skills
- Reporting & Documentation
- Assist with compiling reports on cleaning standards and damage reports
- Maintain organized records within Resort Cleaning and internal systems
- Highly detail-oriented with a critical eye for presentation and standards
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media platforms, especially Instagram
- Comfortable using software tools (experience with Resort Cleaning a plus)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adapt and take on multiple roles as needed in a small business setting
