Job Description : Position Title: Appointment Setter
Work Set-up: Work-from-Office
Salary: Php 35,000 base + commissions (structure TBC)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH TimeWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our office-based team in Clark, Pampanga. This role involves making outbound calls to businesses across Australia to book qualified meetings for the Sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is driven by results.You must be confident, persuasive, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to speak with business decision-makers across industries.Responsibilities as an Appointment Setter:

Make outbound calls (cold, warm, and soft leads) to businesses across all Australian states and cities
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives
Conduct online research to identify potential clients
Reconnect with past and current clients to re-establish interest
Maintain accurate and updated CRM/spreadsheet records
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed appointment targets

Qualifications as an Appointment Setter:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in appointment setting and cold calling
Demonstrated success in generating quality leads that convert into sales
Experience speaking directly with business decision-makers
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Experience with outbound campaigns across multiple industries is a plus
Ability to re-engage lapsed or dormant clients is an advantage
