The ideal candidate excels in high-volume outreach, is proficient with dialer systems like Vicidial, and consistently meets KPIs by booking qualified appointments for the sales team.What You'll Do:Make 80 to 120 outbound calls daily via Vicidial (or similar dialer) to targeted leads.Qualify prospects by identifying decision-makers and confirming needs against our solutions.Secure appointments for the sales team with high-value, sales-ready leads.Keep detailed call notes, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM.Research and update lead lists using online tools and databases.Use MS Excel for lead tracking, reporting, and KPI analysis.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments.Follow call scripts while maintaining a professional and engaging tone.What Were Looking For:2-3 years experience in outbound telesales (B2B/B2C), appointment setting, or lead generationFamiliarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)Proficient in Vicidial or similar predictive dialersStrong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and OutlookProven ability to hit or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targetsExcellent communication and persuasion skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and target-drivenWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, were redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
