You will oversee daily operations, coach the team, track KPIs, and ensure delivery of high-quality, sales-ready leads.What You'll Do:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation specialists to consistently meet KPIs and monthly targetsOversee daily outbound campaigns using Zoho CRM dialer and APN systemsEnsure accurate CRM data entry and management across Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoho, Airtable, Monday.comDevelop and refine call scripts, lead qualification processes, and workflows for higher conversion ratesConduct regular performance reviews, deliver actionable coaching, and implement targeted training programsAnalyze performance data, prepare weekly/monthly reports in MS Excel, and present findings to managementCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion ratesHandle escalations, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain compliance with quality standardsWhat We're Looking For:4+ years experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleProficiency with CRM tools: Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoho, Airtable, .Background in B2B lead generationKnowledge of sales funnel management and pipeline optimizationExperience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentExperience with dialler systems: Zoho CRM dialer, APNStrong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for analysis and reportingProven track record of achieving and exceeding lead generation targetsExcellent leadership, communication, and coaching skillsData-driven decision-maker with strong problem-solving skillsWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, were redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
