Supports end-to-end leave administration, including FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws. Manages employee records and HRIS reporting across multiple business units. Reviews and updates HR policies and documentation, including EEO-1 filings. Facilitates offboarding and compliance-related processes. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. At least six (6) years of professional experience in HR systems or operations. Must have stable employment history. Experience using HR systems such as HRIS, Benefits, L&D, and Payroll modules. Familiar with leave administration processes, including FMLA, ADA, and other applicable policies. Can perform Excel tasks such as using pivot tables, formulas, and basic data analysis functions. Can manage competing tasks at once while meeting required deadlines. Consistently produces accurate and well-organized documentation with minimal errors.
