- Supervise and manage end to end operations from Order booking, Receiving, Order Fulfilment/Picking and Dispatching.
- Does Creation of Delivery Note and printing
- Scheduling of truck for delivery
- Receive delivery advise from CS
- Provide lot number for delivery and prepare delivery note, attach COA and other documents required
- Coordinate with 3rd party trucker for delivery schedule
- Update monitoring file and submit to HB Fuller (Fatima and Lysa)
- Printing of documents ( DR, COA, Customer PO etc.)
- Monitors, updates and reconcile IRA
- Managed people and other resources requirements
- Provides Operations status, reports and analysis
- Create SOP and WI and deployed to his people
- Conducts 121 and team engagement
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations
- Has experience on People Management
- Has experience on Customer Management
- Has experience on Order booking and management
- Has strong and good leadership and analytical skills
- Can work in minimum supervision
- Has flexibility the support the task of the team if needed
- Has good attendance record
- Has advance skill on using microsoft applications esp. excel.
