Supervising the process of creating and implementing applications, databases, systems, and BI reports. Creating, testing and implementing tools and databases that automate processes in a company.Tasks and responsibilities: * Managing projects, ensuring agreement between business and developers.
- Preparing a plan/project for the implementation of the tool and supervising the stakeholders.
- Cooperation with internal clients (development of the process of reporting on business needs and automation of the processes).
- Organization of training for the end-users.
- Responsibility for the quality of documentation of implemented tools.
- Creation of recommendation based on analyses.
- Creation testing and implementation of tools and databases supporting daily processes caried out by the Company's employees.
- Compluing with the legal provisions applicable to area of employee activity.
- Optimization of processes taken over or carried out, existing tools and reports prepared - commissioned by the supervisor.
- Ongoing cooperation with other organizational units abroad and in Poland, including ongoing communication concerning reports and optimization activities carried out.
- Active support of the Company's departments in the preparation of new reports for the needs of departments in the preparation of new reports for the needs of departments or the group in consultation with the superior.
- Collection, segregation and archiving of documents generated during current work in accordance with the rules applicable in the Group and the Team.
- Observance of intra-group regulations in line with the task and purpose of the position.
- Fulfilment of other official orders related to the task and purpose of the position.
- Coordinating projects commissioned by the superior.
- Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company's intellectual property protection.

- Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
- Knowledge of English at C1 level
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) at an advanced level
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence at an advanced level
- Experience in project management.
- Minimum one year experience in a large multinational corporation.
